Thai Yoga Bodywork or Thai
Yoga massage in an ancient form
of therapeutic healing that
involves acupressure, energy
balancing, stretching, and yoga
postures. It is also know as
“Lazy Man’s Yoga” because the
practitioner does a majority of
the work by using his or her
body to move the massage
recipient into a series of poses
and stretches while the client
just lays back and relaxes.

What happens during a

performed a large futon designed
for Thai Massage where the
client wears comfortable clothes
that allow for freedome of movement. No oils
are used in Thai massage.
A typical Thai Yoga Bodywork
session lasts between one to two
full hours.

Reiki
Reiki (Pronounce “Ray-Key”)
is a Japanese technique for
stress reduction and relaxation
that also promotes healing.
Reiki provides healing touch
therapy by "laying on hands" on
or slightly above key areas of
the body to transmit positive
energy.

What happens during a
Reiki Session
It begins with the Reiki
Practitioner taking information
about your physical and
emotional concerns and the
specific areas that you would
like to focus on. After doing
so, you will lay fully clothed
on a massage table, or may be
seated if necessary. People's
experiences vary during a Reiki
session, however, most people
feel the energy as heat. Your
practitioner will hold each hand
position for 3 - 5 minutes. A
Reiki session lasts from 30
minutes to 1 hour.
